We’ve been awfully quiet the last few weeks working on a lot of user requests. Some of the feedback our users have been sharing with us was to improve on the selection of parking templates. As a result we’ve gone ahead and added a few new templates.
I thought I’d debunk a myth that I see show up on forums every now and then. That myth is that having too many domains or too much volume of traffic/revenue in a single parking account will negatively affect the final outcome of CPC (cost-per-click) and total revenue.
Some users have claimed that splitting up their domain portfolio & traffic across multiple domain parking accounts helps increase their revenue.
I titled this blog post “primary upstream ad provider” for a reason. If you’re a domainer and have been parking your domains for a while, you likely have already came across this phrase a few times before. Maybe you’ve heard it on a forum or have heard it directly from someone at your parking company. Usually, people come to me and say something along the lines: “Me and you both know who it is, so why do you keep referring to them this way?”. Well I’m about to answer this question.
As some of you may already know, on February 1, 2015 Bodis announced that it has acquired TrafficZ, one of the first pioneers of domain monetization, to enhance its growing parking platform.
The purchase of TrafficZ is our latest affirmation of commitment to expand and improve domain parking services to our valued users.
I would like to dedicate this first post as an introduction to the new Bodis blog and what our readers can expect from our upcoming articles.
As many of you are already aware, we recently launched the new Bodis website. This introduced a cleaner, sleeker new layout in addition to some helpful new features. We have so much more in store for Bodis that I believe this blog will help me to keep you in touch, informed and as up to date as possible with all current and future new developments of the company.
